Shipping policy

Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed for any reason. If an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address is provided and the order is already in transit, Kingston Approved is not responsible for lost, delayed, misdelivered, or returned packages.


We will not issue refunds, replacements, or store credit for orders affected by customer address errors. Inventory is limited, and we will no longer absorb losses due to incorrect shipping information.


If a package is returned to us because of an address issue, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees, or the order may be forfeited depending on carrier handling.
